I was working with Abid and Z at 786 car depot over the phone and they were so professional and helpful. I was able to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle until I came in person. Within this process they were always available when I needed them no matter the time or situation. I was able to receive great advice and support from them. When I went through the process to buy the car all my questions were answered and they made sure I understood the whole process. They provided great customer service.

Karim was my kind of sales professional. He helped me to get exactly what I wanted (MB E450). I saw the vehicle on their website, inquired about and confirmed its availability, and drive from out-of-state after scheduling a test drive for 2 days later. The car was exactly as described and as seen in the photos on their website. I asked for one small repair and video evidence of the completion of it being completed before I drove back the next weekend to make the purchase. The repair was complete and the video was sent as agreed. I purchased the car at the agreed upon price and am 100% satisfied with my decision to purchase from Abid and Karim at 786 Car Depot. This isn’t a fancy dealership with a multi-million dollar showroom and gleaming marble floors, and I considered that a plus. No one needs to pay extra for their luxury car just so they can step into a luxurious office to sign a stack of papers from a salesperson who may or may not be a pleasure to work with. Karim and Abid are a pleasure and they shoot straight. Spend less and enjoy a positive experience. I did.
